iDental 1.0 — Where it all began

In 2018, market research showed that dental clinics badly needed a CRM built specifically for their specialty, instead of making do with generic management tools. iDental was born from that need — the forerunner of today's CluvixHealth.

Key features​

  • Customer management — keep a file for every customer to look up and follow up later.
  • Appointment management — know who is coming in and when.
  • Orders — record the services each customer uses.
  • Payments — track how much a customer has paid on each order.
  • Treatment records — log each customer's course of treatment.
  • Payment export for accountants — accountants download the payment list and keep their own books.

Who it was for​

Dental clinics — along with the accountants who needed the payment figures to keep their own books.

Platform​

The whole system — from the server side to the user interface — was built on the Yii2 framework.
