iDental 1.3 — Loyalty and affiliate module

Once treatment is done, happy customers often want to refer close friends and family to the clinic. Seeing how powerful that referral channel was, iDental began building the Loyalty module in 2019 — turning every customer into an affiliate and bringing clinics a large boost in revenue. The module was completed and released in iDental 1.3.

Key features​

  • Affiliate list — keep track of the people referring customers to the clinic.
  • Coupons for affiliates — affiliates use coupons to refer and give to new customers.
  • Commission tracking — whichever coupon a new customer uses, the commission is credited to the affiliate who handed it out.
  • Promotion management — a list of promotions for the marketing team to run local campaigns.

Platform​

Still built on the Yii2 framework, with data stored in MySQL 5.7.
