Advance Payments
A customer commits to a treatment and pays part of it to hold the slot — that is a deposit. The money is in the fund but it is not revenue yet, because the service has not been delivered. This screen follows that money separately.

| 1. Export button | Save the deposit list to a file. |
| 2. Search and Deposit date | Search by customer; change the range for another period. |
| 3. Filter, clear, refresh, columns | Filter by branch, method and customer source. |
| 4. Deposit amount column | How much was paid ahead. |
| 5. Appointment date column | When the customer is due back for the treatment. |
The other columns: Customer, Phone, Method, Customer Source, Province and Deposit date. The last line is the total on deposit for the range on screen.
Where a deposit goes next
A deposit has only two ways out:
- Applied to a service. The customer comes in and it is set against the order — the payment voucher then shows the method deposit applied.
- Refunded. If they change their mind, a advance payment refund is issued.
Until one of those happens, the total on deposit is money the clinic owes its customers.
