Documents

The Documents tab is where the customer's paperwork is attached to their profile: lab results from elsewhere, insurance papers, signed treatment contracts, old prescriptions. Everything in one place instead of scattered across individual inboxes and chat apps.

Open the Documents tab

Open the customer (patient) profile → Info tab → in the conversation tab row, choose 📄 Documents.

Two things on the bar matter: the line on the left states the cap — 20 MB per file — and the Upload button on the right picks a file from your machine.

Each attachment appears as a row with a file-type icon (XLS, PDF, DOC…), the file name, its size and the upload date. Click the name to download it. At the end of the list you will see Đã tải hết (all loaded).

With nothing attached the panel reads "Chưa có tài liệu đính kèm" (no documents yet) — normal, not an error.

This panel is still in Vietnamese

The inner panel — the limit line, the upload button and the empty-state message — has not been translated yet, so it stays in Vietnamese while the rest of the screen is English.

Uploading a document

  1. Click Tải lên (Upload).
  2. Choose the file.
  3. Wait for it to finish; it appears in the list with its name and upload time.
Rename the file before uploading

scan001.pdf tells nobody anything. Rename it to blood-test-03-2026.pdf first and the next person does not have to download every file to guess.

Files over 20 MB will not upload

Multi-page scans hit the limit easily. Fix it by scanning in black and white or at a lower resolution, or by splitting into smaller files (contract-p1.pdf, contract-p2.pdf).

What to attach, and what not to

Attach: paperwork tied to treatment — lab results, imaging from other clinics, consent forms, signed contracts, insurance documents.

Do not attach: before/after treatment photos (use the Image tab, which supports folders), or scans of identity documents the clinic does not genuinely need to keep.

Customer (Patient) documents are sensitive data

Every file here is tied to one person's health and identity. Upload only what the clinic truly needs, never forward it outside, and never download it to a personal machine.

The other conversation tabs

Alongside Documents sit Note, AI Chat, Audio, Video and Calls. Switching between them does not lose anything you are in the middle of typing.
