Create a Care Record
After-care is the call that follows a treatment: after a day, to check for pain; after a month, to see that things settled; after six months, to invite them back. Each of those becomes a care record, so nobody is forgotten and the clinic can see how satisfied customers (patients) are.
Unlike a reminder — your own to-do — after-care is a clinic process: it has a topic, a channel, an owner and a result.

Using it properly
- Right after the customer leaves, create the record with a sensible interval — usually 1 day for anything invasive.
- On the day, the assigned person calls through the chosen channel.
- After the call, reopen the record, write the outcome into Care content and switch the status to Completed.
- If the customer reports a problem, book an appointment for them to come back — do not just note it and move on.
Extractions and minor surgery → 1 day. Braces and implants → 1 month and 3 months. Recurring aesthetic treatments → 6 months, as a natural reminder to rebook. The right interval means the call lands when the customer needs it rather than as a nuisance.
Care reports count by status. Calling without updating the status leaves the task showing as open, and the next shift may call again — the customer is disturbed twice.
