Payroll
This is where every figure in the HR module ends up: attendance recorded, allowances declared, bonuses and penalties for the month, money already advanced — the software gathers them into one pay line per person.

| 3. Standard workdays | The month's standard workdays, the denominator when pay is pro-rated by day. |
| 4. Calculate | Runs the pay calculation for the period. |
| 5. Search employee | Find one person quickly. |
| 6. The row buttons | Edit, Send payslip, Delete for that row. |
Where each column comes from
| Column | Source |
|---|---|
| Base sal. | The base salary on the labor contract. |
| Workdays | The attendance sheet — shown as actual / standard. |
| Allowance | That month's entries in Allowance. |
| Bonus · Penalty | Entries in Bonus / Penalty. |
| Deduction | Other deductions. |
| Total advance | Money advanced in Salary advance, taken off this period. |
The order to settle a month
- Settle attendance: check the attendance sheet, clear any outstanding leave and overtime requests.
- Declare the month's amounts: allowances, bonuses and penalties, advances.
- Click Calculate for that period.
- Check the table: spot-check a few people, look for anything unusual.
- Send payslips with the button on each row.
Fix the source, then recalculate — don't edit the number
A missing workday or a forgotten bonus should be fixed on its own screen, then Calculate again. Editing the payroll figure by hand breaks the link to the data behind it, and next month nobody can trace it.
