Healthcare Connections

CluvixHealth connects directly to the systems that Vietnam's healthcare and tax authorities require clinics to use: the national e-prescription portal, digital signatures for electronic medical records, and e-invoicing. You keep working the way you always do — sending, signing, or issuing an invoice — and the software takes care of the rest.

National e-prescription​

When a doctor issues a prescription, CluvixHealth automatically sends it to the National E-Prescription Portal (donthuocquocgia.vn) exactly as the Ministry of Health requires — no one has to log in to the portal and re-type each prescription by hand.

The connection is set up once per facility: the facility's portal code, its health insurance code, and its portal login. Once that is done, the clinic can turn on automatic sync switches — sending new prescriptions, receiving portal updates, syncing prescriptions specifically — depending on how it wants to operate.

The national portal also requires each doctor to be individually linked to a facility before they can send prescriptions. CluvixHealth lets an administrator add or remove a doctor from a facility right inside the software, with no need to touch the Ministry's portal directly. A doctor working across several branches under the same operating licence only needs to be linked once.

Prescriptions that fail to send are never lost

A prescription that fails because of a network hiccup or a busy portal is automatically retried the configured number of times — no one has to remember to resend it by hand.

Digital signature for medical records​

CluvixHealth lets a doctor digitally sign an electronic medical record with a CA digital certificate right inside the software, in line with Circular 13/2025/TT-BYT — no need to print the record, sign it by hand, and scan it back in. The software keeps a content-verification code taken at the moment of signing, which proves the record has not been altered since it was signed.

E-invoicing​

CluvixHealth issues e-invoices straight from an order or a receipt, connecting to the most common e-invoicing providers — Viettel, MISA, VNPT — using the e-invoicing account the clinic already has. There is no need to export data and re-enter it into a separate invoicing system.

The connection can be set up once for the whole brand, or separately for each branch if each site uses a different invoicing account.

Controlled-substance tracking​

For medicines under special control (narcotics and psychotropics), every intake, dispense, adjustment, or disposal is fully logged by the software: who performed it, when, how much, which batch, which customer (patient) and doctor are involved, and any supporting documents attached. This log cannot be edited or deleted, and is ready for review whenever pharmaceutical authorities inspect the clinic.
