Stock Return
Preparing for surgery usually means taking a little extra to be safe. What is not used has to go back to the store — and be recorded, or the software's stock will read low forever.

| Area | What it is |
|---|---|
| 1. Search and Return time | Search by keyword or look at a date range. |
| 2. Filter, clear, refresh, columns | Narrow further and choose which columns show. |
| 3. Returned quantity column | How much went back to the store. |
| 4. Return time and Staff | When it went back and who confirmed it. |
The Return reason column says why it came back: prepared spare, the case changed approach, the material did not suit.
Recording a return
A return is created from the issue itself: open Stock Usage, click the return button in the row's button group, then enter how much came back and why.
Going through that route keeps the return attached to the right issue and the right lot — and the issue's Used quantity adjusts itself to match.
Use a return when material comes back intact and you know which issue it belongs to. Stock Adjustment is for differences found at a stock take, not tied to a particular issue.
