Stock Take
Once a month the store has to be counted by hand. Stock take opens a count for one warehouse, stays counting through the session, then closes — so you know exactly who counted, from when, and when it was signed off.

How a count runs
- Create the form for the warehouse to be counted; it moves to Counting and records the started counting time.
- Open the count list (the first row button) and enter the physical figure for each material — the software puts it beside the system figure so the difference shows at once.
- Close the form when the counting is finished.
- Anything that has to be corrected in stock goes through a stock adjustment with a reason.
Count while the store is still
Pick an hour with no treatments, or tell the theatre beforehand. Counting while stock is going out gives figures that are right when written and wrong when signed.
