Stock Usage
Supplies leaving the store for a patient are recorded here. What makes this screen useful is that it does not stop at how much was taken out — it follows through to how much was actually used.

The three figures of an issue
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Quantity | How much came out of the store. |
| Returned quantity | What went back because it was not needed — recorded through Stock Return. |
| Used quantity | What was actually used on the patient: taken minus returned. |
The pair taken — actually used shows the wastage on each material: a gap that persists is a sign to revisit the standard quantity or how the tray is prepared.
Return it the same day
Material prepared but unused should go back through the return button in the row's button group during the session — remembered the next day, the stock figures are already wrong and someone has ordered more.
