Current Stock
The question that comes up in a supply store is not "how much is there" but "how much can I take". This screen answers exactly that: one row per material, splitting what is there, what is already reserved, and what is genuinely available.

| Area | What it is |
|---|---|
| 1. Export | Save the stock table to a file to send or reconcile. |
| 2. Search and Warehouse | Search by material name or code; pick a warehouse to see it alone. |
| 3. Filter, clear, refresh | Narrow further and reload the figures. |
| 4. The three quantity columns | Stock · Locked stock · Available stock — see below. |
The remaining columns are Material code, Material and the Warehouse holding it.
Three figures, left to right
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Stock | Everything sitting in the warehouse. |
| Locked stock | The part reserved for an upcoming treatment — still on the shelf, but spoken for. |
| Available stock | What is free to take. This is the number to read when someone asks if you have any. |
For example Stock 6 · Locked 2 · Available 4: there are six, two are held for a booked case, you can take four.
Out at one site does not mean out everywhere
The Warehouse column says where the goods are. Short at one branch while another has spare is a transfer — faster and cheaper than a new order.
