Sending a Message
The composer sits at the bottom of every conversation. The four things around it are all you need.

Illustration of the composer
| Area | What it does |
|---|---|
| 1. Attach file | Pick a file from your machine to send with the message. |
| 2. Attach customer | Drop a customer record into the message — see Attaching a customer. |
| 3. The Type a message box | Type here. Type @ to mention a colleague. |
| 4. Send | Sends it. |
Files and images
Besides the attach button, you can drag a file straight onto the conversation — the window shows a drop hint. Images appear inline; click one to view it full size. Other files appear as a file card to download.
A message carries several files at once, and the software tells you immediately if a file is too large or not an accepted format.
Send clinical images into the record's own channel
An image about one particular customer (patient) belongs in that record's internal channel, not in a shared channel. It is then found by opening the record later — and the customer still cannot see it.
